D/C Michael P. Scher, AP has called a District 17 council and conference to be held during the period of 19-21 March 2010 beginning with registration at 1300-1800 on the Delta Queen Steamboat located in Chattanooga, TN.

Vessel Safety Checks
Our Bob Bray has revitalized the squadron’s Vessel Safety Check program and now has several certified examiners including Don Burgett, Jerry Campbell, Nancy Campbell, and Larry Lanz, who collectively, have conducted more than 60 VSCs thus far this year. If you want your boat inspected or would like to become an examiner give Bob a call at 865-408-9229.
